A. All shipments are F.O.B. our Vernon, California warehouse.

B. All Orders are Prepaid, unless open account terms have been established and approved.

C. Minimum order is $1000.00

D. Freight charges are to be paid by the customer.

E. No Returns are accepted.

F. Upon receipt of merchandise, customer must inspect delivery. Any Loss, Damaged, or Shortages must be indicated on the carrier's delivery receipt and must file a claim with the freight carrier.

G. All submitted orders are final. All freight charges and a 15% re-stocking fee will apply to any cancelled orders. 

H. Payments terms are as follows:

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

Prepayment: Wire Transfer, Cashiers Check, and Money Order

Discounts: Discounts are offered to the following orders:

A. 2% Discount on orders of $1000.00 or more with a Wire Transfer.

B. 5% Discount on orders of $5000.00 or more with a Wire Transfer.
