FREIGHT CHARGES

Freight charges are 10% Guaranteed year round.
You can be rest assured that you will know what the shipping charges will be at any time. No surprises or hidden costs.

All you pay is 10%.

For Example:

If your total order is $1000.00, your freight charge will be ONLY $100.00.

Note: 10% Guaranteed Freight is for Domestic Orders Only.

SHIPPING TIME

If we receive your order before 12:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time, your order will be processed and shipped out on the same business day.
For orders that are received after 12:01 P.M. Pacific Standard Time, will be processed and shipped out the next business day.

*NOTE*-  From time to time, our freight company cannot pick up your order on the same day based on your freight zone. Some orders could take 1 to 2 business days to ship out.  

DELIVERY TIME

Based on your location and freight zone, turn around delivery time is 3 to 7 business days. Delivery Hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.

DELIVERY TERMS  

1) It is the customers responsibility to arrange for the unloading of merchandise.       Drivers DO NOT UNLOAD. 

2) No Delivery will be made to a Residential Address.

3) If the First Attempt of delivery cannot be accepted during delivery hours by the customer, a re-delivery charge will apply for the Second Attempt.
